OK, this was unexpected. Earlier today Amazon changed the stated price on website for the Amazon Kindle to $299. This is a $60 discount from the original price which was $359. I must to say that this is an extremely welcomed changed and in my opinion puts the Kindle 2 as the “best value for money eBook reader” on the market today.
One of our loyal visitors just pointed out to me that if you purchased the kindle since 06/08/09 Amazon will issue you credit for the price difference (60 dollars), if you want to know more about this just click the link below or contact Amazon’s customer service.
